Privacy Policy

The short version: My Secure Wallet does not collect, store or transmit any of your personal data. Everything you save in the app is encrypted and stays on your device. There is no cloud, no sync, no accounts, no ads and no analytics.
Who we are
My Secure Wallet is developed by CJ Designs. This policy explains how the My Secure Wallet app (iOS and Android) handles your information.
Data we collect
None. The app has no servers, requires no account, and never transmits your data anywhere. We cannot see, access or recover anything you store in the app.
Data stored on your device
Cards you add to the app — card numbers, cardholder names, expiry dates, optional security codes and nicknames — are stored only on your device, in an encrypted database. The encryption key is held in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore-backed secure storage on Android). Card details stay masked in the app until you reveal them, and revealing requires Face ID, fingerprint or your device PIN.
Camera
The app asks for camera permission only to scan cards. Scanned images are processed entirely on your device using on-device text recognition and are deleted immediately after processing. No image ever leaves your phone. You can decline the permission and enter card details manually instead.
Biometrics
Face ID and fingerprint checks are performed by your device's operating system. The app only receives a yes/no result — it never sees, stores or has access to your biometric data.
Third parties
We do not share data with anyone, because we do not have any. The app contains no advertising, no analytics libraries and no tracking of any kind.
Data retention and deletion
Your data exists only on your device, for as long as you keep it. You can delete individual cards in the app at any time. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored data — because nothing is kept anywhere else, deleted data cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
Children
My Secure Wallet is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
